Forward Nolan Patrick accepted his one-year, $874,125 qualifying offer from the Philadelphia Flyers, the team announced on Friday.
Patrick, who was the second overall pick of the 2017 NHL Draft, last played in a game on April 2, 2019 because of a migraine disorder.
“I’m very excited to be a part of the Flyers organization for another year and am looking forward to getting back on the ice,” Patrick said.
Patrick, 22, posted nearly identical numbers in his first two NHL seasons. He recorded 30 points (13 goals, 17 assists) in 73 games during the 2017-18 campaign and 31 points (13 goals, 18 assists) in 72 games in 2018-19.
