Falcons activate rookie DT Davidson off COVID reserve

The Atlanta Falcons activated rookie defensive tackle Marlon Davidson off the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday.

The team’s second-round pick has played in just three games with a knee injury and the two games missed while on the COVID list. He has recorded four tackles.

The move leaves John Cominsky as the only Falcon remaining on the COVID list. Rookies CB A.J. Terrell and safety Jaylinn Hawkins also spent time on COVID reserve.

Davidson will be able to play in Thursday night’s game against the Carolina Panthers. The Falcons are 1-6.
