Qualifications:
• Valid license in the state of PA
• Valid CPR certification is required
• Valid PA Driver’s License and State required Auto Insurance
• Documented 2 step PPD & Physical with no limitations to accomplish essential job purposes including free of communicable diseases
• Experience with electronic charting is required
• Must be clinically proficient, have strong communication skills, and a compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Must be willing to travel to multiple patients daily
